Who provides the service

The private hire with driver service (NCC, “noleggio con conducente”) is provided by Matteo Mazzucco NCC, Via Nicomede Bianchi 54, 10146 Torino, Italy, VAT no. IT12932640019, holder of a licence for private hire with driver under Italian Law no. 21 of 15 January 1992.

Quotes and bookings

The form on this website, phone and WhatsApp are channels to request a quote: sending a request is not a booking. A booking is confirmed only after our explicit confirmation, stating vehicle, time, pick-up point and agreed fare.

The fare depends on route, vehicle, number of passengers and time, and is given before confirmation. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the agreed price includes fuel and tolls.

Punctuality, waiting time and delays

We are committed to being at the pick-up point at the agreed time. For airport transfers we track the flight status and adjust the pick-up time to early or late arrivals at no extra cost.

If the customer is late compared to the agreed time, a free waiting period applies; after that period a surcharge may apply, communicated in advance.

Cancellations

Please let us know about a cancellation as soon as possible through the same channel used for the booking. Cancellations made with reasonable notice are free of charge. For last-minute cancellations or no-shows, we may ask for reimbursement of the costs incurred.

As this is a transport service to be provided on a specific date, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to bookings (Art. 59(1)(n) of the Italian Consumer Code, implementing Art. 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU). The cancellation terms above still apply.

On board

• Smoking is not allowed on board, in accordance with the law.
• The number of passengers cannot exceed the number stated in the vehicle registration document.
• Seat belts are mandatory for all occupants.
• Pets and child seats must be requested when booking.
• The driver may stop the service in case of behaviour that endangers safe driving.

Luggage and lost property

Luggage capacity depends on the vehicle and is shown on the fleet pages. Bulky luggage or sports equipment must be mentioned when booking, so that we can assign a suitable vehicle. Items left on board are kept safe and returned on request.

Liability

The service is covered by the insurance required by law. We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by force majeure, such as severe weather, road closures, strikes or orders from the authorities.

Personal data and governing law

How we process personal data is described in our privacy policy. These terms are governed by Italian law. For contracts with consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's country of residence.
