Data controller

What data we collect

Data you give us. When you fill in the quote request form we collect your name, email address, phone number, destination, date and time of the service, type of service, number of passengers, number of bags and the text of your request. You may give us the same data when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Technical browsing data. Like any website, the servers hosting it automatically log some technical data (IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time) needed to serve the pages and to protect the site from abuse.

Statistics. Only if you give your consent, we collect browsing statistics through Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, visit duration, referrer, device type). Without your consent Google Analytics is not loaded.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

• Replying to quote requests and providing the transport service. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing the data is necessary: without it we cannot reply to you.
• Tax and accounting obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Running and securing the website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working and protected website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Website usage statistics. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not turn into a booking are kept for as long as needed to handle the contact and in any case no longer than 24 months. Data about services actually provided is kept for 10 years, as required by Italian tax law. Technical browsing data is kept by the hosting provider for a limited period, for security purposes only. Google Analytics statistics are kept for no longer than 14 months.

Who we share it with

We do not publish or sell your data. It is processed by technical service providers appointed as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR:

• Vercel Inc. (United States) — website hosting and technical browsing data.
• Resend Inc. (United States) — sending the confirmation and notification emails generated by the contact form.
• Google Ireland Limited — browsing statistics through Google Analytics 4, only with your consent.
• Cybot A/S (Cookiebot), Denmark — collecting and storing your cookie preferences.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, message data is also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited as an independent controller, under its own privacy policy.

Transfers outside the European Union

Vercel, Resend and Google may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for providers certified under it, or on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the Commission (Art. 46 GDPR). You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards at info@ncctorinomazzucco.com.

Your rights

At any time you can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

To exercise these rights write to info@ncctorinomazzucco.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
