The A5 all the way up the valley
The A5 Turin–Aosta motorway runs all the way to Courmayeur, so the route is almost entirely on motorway: no mountain pass and no demanding hairpins. It is about two hours for 150 kilometres, with reliable journey times even in winter, because the road is maintained for international traffic to the tunnel.
Through the tunnel: Chamonix and France
Courmayeur is also the entrance to the Mont Blanc Tunnel. We run transfers on to Chamonix and the French resorts on the other side, at an agreed price that includes the tunnel toll. Mention it when you ask for a quote and we will include everything.
Not just skiing
Courmayeur is also a summer destination for hiking, the Skyway Monte Bianco cable car and mountain stays. In summer the requests shift to families and couples with normal luggage, and the Mercedes E-Class is often the right vehicle: more private and comfortable for two or three people.
What affects the price
A fixed price confirmed before you book, with tolls and fuel included. It depends on the pick-up point, the vehicle and the number of passengers; for journeys through the tunnel the tunnel toll is added, and included in the agreed quote. No surcharge for evenings or public holidays.
